Today, RG performed their final reception performance! It was absolutely astounding -everyone enjoyed it as they taught us all about their trip to Thornton Farm.
First, they met animals which were sheep, lambs, and then fed and also petted them. The next task was to go on a farm safari, a tractor ride – which they said was a very bumpy ride! They went over to the shed where a bull was and met its good friend who was farmer Benny.
After they told us what they thought of the bull, they moved on to telling us about their time in Reception and what they had learnt! They showed us their amazing maths skills, explaining to us all about pictographs and what they represent. They then told us that they could spell, read and write. We then took a journey through their year with them and looked at pictures from September until now.
Well done RG!
