Flip Boom Animation

This week Year 3 are looking at an animation called FlipBoom.

We are able to draw in one frame, duplicate it and continue the story we want to tell the audience. This is the first week looking at this programme.  We hope to make some really good animations.  Later on we may be able to post them for you to view.

In year 6 we have already used flip boom and it is a fun and easy way to animate. Good luck.

  2. Congratulations! Your students seem to enjoy Flip Boom a lot. We would like to get their projects to add them in the Toon Boom Showcase. Please contact showcase@toonboom.com whenever you are ready.

  3. Hello Mrs Spencer, it is really nice to see the children in your class making use of animation as an educational tool. As you already know there are many benefits to them learning this way. I recently wrote an article on our Toon Boom blog about a school, Bluffton Elementary, in South Carolina in the US and how they make use of animation in the classroom. If you would care to take a look just click on this link. http://toonboomblog.com/2012/04/27/bluffton-elementary-uses-toon-boom-animation-in-the-classroom-featured-on-in-view/
Please feel free to contact me at tbsocialmedia@toonboom.com if you have any questions.
