Year One… Let’s get blogging!

Hello 1ML and welcome to the blog. Write a super sentence about who your favourite story character is and why they are your favourite. Remember if you do your best writing it will pop up on screen later!

Any supportive comments from other year groups for our writing will be greatly appreciated. 🙂

Thank you

Wicked writing Competition

In Year One we have been learning to become authors just like Julia Donaldson! This week we are writing a story which includes our new characters; the soft white cat, the big, bad giant or the wicked wolf. We will be entering our work to the: http://www.fcbg.org.uk/writing-competition-for-5-25-year-olds-supported-by-michael-morpurgo/
To see if we can become the wicked young writer of 2014! Any other year group feel free to join in, all you need to do is do your best story writing. Post it one here or directly onto the website link above to be in with a chance of winning.

Remember your targets to check you are doing your best writing!

Good luck and I look forward to showing you some of Year One’s fantastic work. Watch this space!
