What a lovely, calm and respectful way to end this busy term of learning.

So many wonderful things have happened at Hothfield during the last 3 months.

What has been your highlight?

Have a nice Easter break Hothfielders.

This week’s SPOTS…

Silsden 2040

Year 5 have been considering what Silsden might look like in 2040, 25 years from now.

With more houses likely needed, would it be safe to build close to the river…? What might we need to consider?

Hothfield runners triumph at the Silsden Cross Country Event…

Hothfield children turned out in force to take part in the final race of the Keighley Schools Cross Country league, on Wednesday.  We were blessed again with perfect running conditions.  Underfoot it was a little muddy and many shoes were lost!   Jake showed true Hothfield grit and determination when he completed his race in his socks!  There were some great individual performances and we are just awaiting the overall team results, in which we are hoping to win Gold (for the 2nd time) in the Year 5/6 girls event.   Congratulations to all the children who ran and a special well done to those who were representing the school for the first time. Miss Woffenden.  PS Make sure you have a look at woodentops website where there are some wonderful photos
